What I do
I’m following the Extra Skinny Diet

Then I follow these rules, which are part of The December Challenge:
- No soda,except diet.
- No junk food.
- No candy.
- Fast at least one day a week.
- Drink 1-2 liters of water a day.
- Exercise as much as we can.
- Always keep the calories under 1000.
My short-term goal is losing 10/15 pounds until Christmas (Skinny for Christmas Challenge)
